1. Company Information

This website is owned and operated by Golden Steps Care LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Sales Territory

Golden Steps Care LLC sells electric bikes located in Nigeria.
All products are sold exclusively for pickup within Nigeria.

At this time, sales are limited to customers located in Nigeria.

3. Nature of Products – “AS IS” Sale

All products are sold strictly “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.”

  • Products are new.

  • Products are resold items.

  • No warranties of any kind are provided.

  • No express or implied warranties apply, including but not limited to:

    • Merchantability

    • Fitness for a particular purpose

    • Performance guarantees

By purchasing, the customer acknowledges and agrees that no warranty is provided.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made 100% in advance.

  • Only international bank wire transfers are accepted.

  • Orders will not be confirmed until funds are fully received and cleared.

  • Golden Steps Care LLC reserves the right to delay product release until payment confirmation is final.

The company reserves the right to cancel any transaction deemed suspicious or fraudulent.

5. No Refunds – No Returns Policy

All sales are final.

  • No refunds.

  • No returns.

  • No exchanges.

  • No cancellations after payment is received.

By completing payment, the customer expressly agrees to this no-refund policy.

6. Pickup and Transfer of Risk

All merchandise is located in Nigeria and must be picked up by the customer or the customer’s designated representative.

Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer immediately upon physical delivery of the product.

Golden Steps Care LLC is not responsible for:

  • Damage after pickup

  • Transportation

  • Storage

  • Third-party handling

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Golden Steps Care LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Incidental damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Personal injury resulting from use or misuse

  • Regulatory penalties in Nigeria

  • Registration or licensing issues

Total liability, if any, shall never exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product.

8. Compliance With Local Laws

Customers are solely responsible for complying with:

  • Nigerian transportation laws

  • Registration requirements

  • Licensing requirements

  • Import/export rules

  • Safety regulations

Golden Steps Care LLC makes no representation that products comply with Nigerian local regulatory requirements.

9. Use of Products

The company is not responsible for:

  • Improper use

  • Modifications

  • Accidents

  • Negligence

  • Unauthorized alterations

Customers assume full responsibility for use of the product.

10. Anti-Fraud and Transaction Security

Golden Steps Care LLC reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel suspicious orders

  • Request additional identity verification

  • Delay release of goods until payment is fully verified

  • Report fraudulent activity to financial institutions or authorities

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Images

  • Product descriptions

  • Branding

  • Text

  • Graphics

Are the property of Golden Steps Care LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of:

  • The State of Arizona

Without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Modifications

Golden Steps Care LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
